Conclusion

I applied for an International Driving Permit when I was planning my trip to Tokyo, Japan.  I wanted to obtain an IDP and reserve a spot with Maricar to speed the roads in Tokyo.  Driving a mini street kart turned out to one of the best experiences I ever had.  Check out my post “Thrills, Chaos and Cosplay Mario Kart Style Around the Streets of Tokyo.”
