Listen to your tour guide, the roads can be dangerous at times.

My Journey

I completed Street Kart on 3/23/2019.  The drive was thrilling, smooth, and chaotic all in one!  The course I completed is called A1-M at the Akihabara #1 shop.  Highlights included Ueno, Asakusa, Tokyo Sky-Tree, Tokyo Station/Ginza.  A great photo opportunity at Tokyo’s Sky-Tree.

My tour guide was Pedro.  He was great and provided us with a lot of knowledge and photo opportunities. This Street Kart’s journey was filmed using GoPro’s head strap. The footage is from the start of the tour to stopping at Tokyo Skytree

Smile You Are On Camera

Driving around in outfits in a Mario Kart style will draw some attention.  Spectators will wave and take photos of you along the course.

Conclusion

I highly recommend Street Kart.  The atmosphere and thrills are really one of kind.  At times you do feel as you are in a Mario Kart World driving around.  One thing to consider is doing the course at daylight or at night.  The daylight experience gives you a detailed view of the buildings.  The night course will provide epic views of Tokyo’s beautiful city lights.
